| dc.description.abstract | In this thesis we studied a public health problem which is the therapeutic adherence in diabetics; the main objective of our work was the evaluation of this latter in diabetic patients at the level of the Setif diabetes center. We started with a learning stage by collecting information about diabetes mellitus, its treatment and the adherence therapeutic in general. Then comes a stage of completion, information and treatment of the questionnaires for diabetic patients and the treating doctors of the Setif Diabetes Center; after analyzing these questionnaires, we found that both the patient and his doctor are key players in adherence. We have realized and distributed leaflets to diabetic patients at the Setif diabetes center following an awareness day that was organized at this center to make them aware of their disease to ensure better adherence to their treatment. | |
| dc.description.sponsorship | Dans ce mémoire de fin d’étude nous avons étudié un problème de santé publique qui est l’observance thérapeutique chez le diabétique ; l’objectif principal de notre travail était l’évaluation de cette dernière chez les patients diabétiques au niveau du centre de diabète de Sétif. Nous avons commencé par une étape d’apprentissage par la collecte d’informations sur le diabète sucré, son traitement et l’observance thérapeutique en général. Après vient une étape de réalisation, de renseignement et de traitement des questionnaires qu’on a établi pour les patients diabétiques et les médecins traitants du centre de diabète de Sétif ; après avoir analysé ces questionnaires, nous avons constaté que le patient et son médecin sont tous les deux des acteurs primordiaux dans l’observance thérapeutique. Nous avons également réalisé et distribué des dépliants aux patients diabétiques du centre de diabète de Sétif suite à une journée de sensibilisation qu’on a organisée au niveau de ce centre afin de les sensibiliser envers leur maladie pour assurer une meilleure adhésion à leur traitement | |
