| dc.description | الأماكن العمومية في وسط مدينة سطيف شاهد على تعاقب عدة حضارات ، حيث تعتبر دعامة لإرث معماري في غاية الأهمية المنتظر من هذا العمل هو الوصول إلى عدة أهداف مترابطة فيما بينها، هذه الأهداف هي في الغالب عبارة عن مجموعة حلول للمشاكل المواجهة. حلول تهدف إلى إعادة تقويم و تأهيل هذه الأماكن العمومية التي تشكل جزء هام من الذاكرة الجماعية للسكان ، أين سنقوم بإعادة علاقتهم مع هذه الفضاءات، التي من المفترض أن تكون مصممة بشكل مدروس و ليست مجرد فراغات ما بين البنايات و في الوقت نفسه نقوم بتعزيز ممرات للراجلين. يستند المشروع أساسا على إقامة مسار تاريخي يربط عدة أماكن عمومية و يحكي تاريخ المدينة عن طريق استخدام مراجع خاصة بالحقب التاريخية التي مرت بها، كالنوميدية و الرومانية و البيزنطية دون إهمال الهدف في تلبية حاجيات السكان من هذه الفضاءات و تقديم خدمات ذات جودة عالية | |
| dc.description.abstract | The public space in the city center of Setif is the witness of the passage of several civilizations, supporting a very important heritage. This present work aims a multitude of intentions and objectives sometimes very connected to each other. These aims are general proposals for solutions to the individual problems, primarily the appreciation of the space that is part of the collective memory of the citizens where they will recreate their relationship with the public space that should be well thought out and not only the space between the building by promoting pedestrian links. The project is based essentially on creating a historic route that connects several public spaces and which tells the story of the city using repositories different times, Numidia, Byzantine, Roman .... | dc.description.sponsorship | L’espace public au centre-ville de Sétif est le témoin du passage de plusieurs civilisations, le support d’un patrimoine très important. Ce présent travail vise une multitude d’intentions et d’objectifs parfois très reliés l’un à l’autre. Ces objectifs sont en général des propositions de solutions aux différents problèmes soulevés, en premier lieu la revalorisation de cet espace qui fait partie de la mémoire collective des citoyens où on va recréer leurs relations avec l’espace public qui devrait être bien pensé et non pas seulement le vide entre les construction en favorisant les liaisons piétonnières. Le projet repose essentiellement la création d’un parcours historique qui relie plusieurs espaces publics et qui raconte l’histoire de la ville en utilisant des référentiels des différentes époques, numide, romaine byzantine…. Tout en offrant des services aux citoyens et répondant aux leurs attentes et besoins. | |
