| dc.description | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور رقمنة النظام الصحي في تحسين جودة الخدمة الصحية، من خلال دراسة استقصائية لآراء أفراد السلك الطبي بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية يوسف يعلاوي بعين أزال. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، حيث وُزّع على عينة مكونة من 40 موظفًا من السلك الطبي، تربطهم علاقة مباشرة بتطبيق الرقمنة داخل المؤسسة محل الدراسة. وقد تضمن الاستبيان محورين رئيسيين، أحدهما يتعلق برقمنة النظام الصحي، والآخر يتعلق بخصائص الخدمة الصحية، والتي شملت: الطابع الاستعجالي، الطابع الإنساني والأخلاقي، الحاجة إلى الثقة والأمان، عدم تماثل المعلومات، وعدم القابلية للفصل والتخزين. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، أهمها وجود أثر إيجابي لرقمنة النظام الصحي في تحسين جودة الخدمة الصحية، من خلال تعزيز هذه الخصائص داخل المؤسسة محل الدراسة. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to identify the role of healthcare system digitalization in improving the quality of healthcare services through a survey of the opinions of medical staff at Youssef Yaalaoui Hospital in Aïn Azal. To achieve the study objectives, a questionnaire was used as the main data collection tool, and it was distributed to a sample of 40 medical staff members who have direct involvement in the implementation of digitalization within the studied institution. The questionnaire consisted of two main sections: the first related to healthcare system digitalization, and the second related to the characteristics of healthcare services, which include: urgency, the human and ethical aspect, the need for trust and safety, information asymmetry, and inseparability and non-storability of services. The study yielded a set of findings, the most important of which is the existence of a positive effect of healthcare system digitalization on improving the quality of healthcare services through the enhancement of these characteristics within the studied institution. | |
| dc.description.sponsorship | Cette étude vise à identifier le rôle de la numérisation du système de santé dans l’amélioration de la qualité des services de santé, à travers une enquête menée auprès des membres du personnel médical de l’établissement hospitalier Youcef Yaâlaoui d’Aïn Azel. Afin d’atteindre les objectifs de l’étude, le questionnaire a été adopté comme principal outil de collecte des données. Il a été distribué à un échantillon composé de 40 employés du personnel médical ayant une relation directe avec la mise en œuvre de la numérisation au sein de l’établissement étudié. Le questionnaire comprenait deux axes principaux : le premier portait sur la numérisation du système de santé, tandis que le second concernait les caractéristiques du service de santé, à savoir : le caractère urgent, le caractère humain et éthique, le besoin de confiance et de sécurité, l’asymétrie de l’information, ainsi que l’inséparabilité et l’impossibilité de stockage. L’étude a abouti à plusieurs résultats, dont le plus important est l’existence d’un effet positif de la numérisation du système de santé sur l’amélioration de la qualité des services de santé, à travers le renforcement de ces caractéristiques au sein de l’établissement étudié. | |
