Abstract
تتناول هذه المذكرة تحليل وتحديد إحتياجات النقل العام في المناطق الحضرية النامية من خلال دراسة حالة مدينة عين آزال كأنموذج. تهدف هذه الدراسة تقديم الحلول الممكنة لتحسين أداء النقل العام بالمدينة، من خلال تحديد نقاط القوة والضعف في النظام وفهم احتياجات وأراء السكان. اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتتبع مراحل التطور العمراني والسكاني للمدينة بهدف تحديد الطلب على النقل. تم إعتماد مفاهيم نظام النقل الحضري، الحراك التنقلي المستدام، دوافع التنقلات، الحراك الحضري وعلاقته بالمجال الحضري... من خلال توظيف المقالات المنشورة، البحوث الاكاديمية، المجلات العلمية، المصادر الالكترونية، الاحصاءات الرسمية والاستبيانات الموزعة على المستخدمين الفعليين للنقل العام، توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك نقص كمي ونوعي في عرض النقل العام من حيث الوفرة وزمن الانتظار، الامان، الراحة. كما تم ملاحظة مشكلات في تدهور حالة شبكة الطرق والخدمات المقدمة في المحطات، والتي تعاني من الازدحام اليومي وتعتبر غير كافية لمواكبة الطلب المتزايد على النقل العام. تسلط الدراسة الضوء على أهمية الاستجابة للمتطلبات المتزايدة للسكان في المناطق الحضرية النامية وتقترح إعداد وتنفيذ مخطط نقل فعال يستجيب للطلب ويرفع جودة الخدمة بما يتماشى مع معايير النقل المستدام ويعزز من جودة الحياة العامة للمواطنين.
Description
This memorandum analyzes and identifies public transportation needs in developing urban areas through a case study of the city of Ain Azal as a model. The study aims to propose possible solutions to improve the performance of public transportation in the city by identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the system and understanding the needs and opinions of the residents. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach to trace the stages of urban and population development in the city to determine the demand for transportation. Concepts of the urban transportation system, sustainable mobility, mobility motivations, urban mobility, and its relationship with the urban space were employed. By utilizing published articles, academic research, scientific journals, electronic sources, official statistics, and questionnaires distributed to actual public transportation users, the study found a quantitative and qualitative deficiency in public transportation supply in terms of availability, waiting times, safety, and comfort. Issues were also noted regarding the deteriorating condition of the road network and services provided at stations, which suffer from daily congestion and are insufficient to meet the increasing demand for public transportation,The study highlights the importance of responding to the increasing demands of residents in developing urban areas and proposes the preparation and implementation of an effective transportation plan that meets the demand and improves service quality in line with sustainable transportation standards, enhancing the overall quality of life for citizens.
