| dc.description | في الوقت الحاضر، أصبح العلاج بالزيوت الاساسية وسيلة علاجية وشائعة للغاية. تم إجراء مسح عرقي نباتي في ولايتي برج بوعريريج وسطيف لتحديد مكانة العطرية في الصيدليات وتقييم معرفة المحترفين الصحيين العاملين في صيدليات منطقتنا الدراسية حول الزيوت الأساسية لتقديم نصائح أفضل للمرضى تم جمع المعلومات من خلال استبيان عبر الانترنت وفي الميدان من عينة مكونة من 130مشاركا على مدى شهرين (افريل وماي) 2023 أظهرت نتائج هذا الاستبيان ان %79,2من المجيبين غير مدربين تدريبا جيدا في العلاج بالزيوت الأساسية لان معرفتهم محدودة في هذا المجال خاصة بالزيوت الأساسية الممنوعة عند الأطفال و المرأة الحامل بنسبة % 66,2 % ,73,1على التوالي % 35,2من المرضى مهتمون بهذه العلاجات و يبحثون على نصائح موجهة من الصيدلي لذلك يلعب هذا الأخير دور هاما جدا فعليا يجب عليه ان يقدم لهم جميع النصائح بشان الاستخدام و سمية للزيوت الأساسية و هذا يتيح التحكم في تسليمها بشكل افضل و تقليل مخاطرها السامة , يجب على الصيدلي التأكد من جودة الزيوت الأساسية التي يبيعها، لكن التشريع معقد جدا، لا يوجد اطار قانوني واضح لاستخدام و بيع الزيوت العطرية , يمكن استخدام بعض الزيوت الأساسية لإكمال النظام الغذائي العادي في هذه الحالة , فرضت التنظيمات التزاما بالإعلان لدى .DGCCRF يجب تعزيز التشريعات للتأكد من ان الزيوت الأساسية المعروضة في السوق تتبع قواعد صناعة الادوية | |
| dc.description.abstract | Nowadays aromatherapy has become a modern therapeutic method that is very trendy. An ethnobotanical survey was conducted in the states of Bordj Bou Arreridj and Sétif to determine the place of aromatherapy in pharmacies and assess the knowledge of healthcare professionals working in pharmacies (holder, assistant, salesman, trainee) in order To better advice patients on essential oils. The information was collected through an online questionnaire and in the field from a sample of 130 respondents over a period of two months (April, May 2023). The results of this survey showed that (79.2%) of respondents are poorly trained in aromatherapy as they have limited knowledge of the field, particularly regarding essential oils contraindicated in children and pregnant women. With rates of 73.1%, 66.2% respectively. 35, 2% of patients are interested and seek targeted advice from pharmacists. So the pharmacist has a very important role to play. Indeed, he must provide all the advice on the use, precautions and toxicity of essential oils. This allows for better control of dispensing and minimizes their toxic risk.He must ensure the quality and compliance of the essential oils he sells however, the legislation is very complex. There is no clear legal framework for the use and sale of essential oils. Some essential oils can be used to supplement the normal diet. In this case, regulations have introduced an obligation to declare to the DGCCRF. The legislation should be strengthened by ensuring that the essential oils placed on the market comply with the regulations for pharmaceutical specialties. | |
| dc.description.sponsorship | De nos jours l’aromathérapie est devenue un moyen thérapeutique moderne et très en tendance. Une enquête ethnobotanique a été menée dans les wilayas de Bordj Bou Arreridj et Sétif afin de déterminer la place de l’aromathérapie a officine et évaluer les connaissances des professionnels de santé travaillant en officine (titulaire, adjoint, vendeur, stagiaire) pour mieux conseiller les patients sur les HE. Les informations ont été recueillies par le biais d’un questionnaire en ligne et sur le terrain auprès d’un échantillon de 130 enquêtés pendant une période de deux mois (avril, mai 2023). Les résultats de cette enquête ont montré que 79,2% des interrogés sont mal formés en aromathérapie car ils ont des connaissances limitées dans le domaine concernant les HE contre indiquées chez l’enfant et la femme enceinte avec des taux de 73,1%, 66,2% respectivement 35,2% de patients s’y intéressent et recherchent des conseils ciblés auprès du Pharmacien Donc ce dernier a un rôle très important à jouer. En effet il doit leur fournir tous les conseils sur l’utilisation, la précaution d’emploi et la toxicité des HE. Cela permet de mieux contrôler les délivrances et de minimiser leur risque toxique Il doit s’assurer de la qualité et de la conformité des huiles essentielles qu’il vend. Or la législation est très complexe. Il n’y a pas de cadre juridique clair pour l'utilisation et la vente des huiles essentielles. Certaines huiles essentielles peuvent être utilisées pour compléter le régime alimentaire normal. Dans ce cas, la réglementation a introduit une obligation de déclaration auprès de la DGCCRF. Il faudrait renforcer la législation en s’assurant que les huiles essentielles mises sur le marché suivent bien la réglementation des spécialités pharmaceutiques | |
