| dc.description | The wilaya of Sétif occupies a very important place in relation to its geographical location, which considers itself a meeting point of different wilayas, even it influences through its transport infrastructure on the development of the territory of the country. The road network in the northern region of the state of Setif is one of the most important networks in the city as it links the municipalities of the north with the rest of the state, and the state of Setif connects the states of Bejaia and Bordj Bou Arreridj, but at the same time this network is characterized by many technical demerits, as well as poor organization, chaos at the level Vegetative transport in urban centers, the absence of basic structures preparation.... etc. | |
| dc.description.abstract | تحتل ولاية سطيف مكانة تاريخية هامة من خلال موقعها الجغرافي المتميز، مما أعطاها مكانة إقليمية مميزة، باعتبارها نقطة عبور والتقاء من خلال شبكة الطرق والطرقات التي لها تأثيرات قوية على إنعاش المجال، وبالتالي يظهر الفرق الكبير والإخلال بين مجالات الولاية، حيث تعتبر البنية التحتية للنقل من أهم عناصر التهيئة الإقليمية والتي تعمل على خلق محاور التبادلات. وتعد شبكة الطرق في المنطقة الشمالية لولاية سطيف من أهم الشبكات المهمة في المدينة باعتبارها تربط بلديات الشمال بباقي بلديات الولاية، وكذا تربط ولاية سطيف بولايتي بجاية وبرج بوعريريج، لكن في الوقت ذاته تتميز هذه الشبكة بنقائص تقنية كثيرة، وكذا سوء التنظيم، والفوضى على مستوى النقل الحضري بالمراكز الحضرية، وغياب تهيئة الهياكل القاعدية. | |
| dc.description.sponsorship | La wilaya de Sétif occupe une place très importante par rapport a sa situation géographique qui se considère comme un point de rencontrée de différents wilayas, même elle influence par son infrastructures de transport sur l’aménagement de territoire de pays. Le réseau routier dans la région nord de l'état de Sétif est l'un des réseaux les plus importants de la ville car il relie les communes du nord avec le reste de l'état, et l'état de Sétif relie les états de Bejaia et Bordj Bou Arreridj, mais en même temps ce réseau se caractérise par de nombreuses démérite techniques, ainsi qu'une mauvaise organisation, le chaos au niveau du transport végétal dans les centres urbains, l'absence de préparation des structures de base....etc. Mots clés : | |
