Évaluation de l’utilisation des antibiotiques au niveau du service de médecine interne de chu de Sétif.

Abstract

In this thesis we have studied the bacterial biology and the interaction of this microscopic entity that we know under the common name "bacteria" with its direct environment: its way of life, defense mechanism, genetic progression, pathogenicity, virulence. .. In another chapter we have reviewed the different types of relationship with the human body as well as their pathophysiology, and the organism's response to a host-bacteria conflict. Then we listed the main families of antibiotics and their spectra of activity and the mechanism of action of each molecule... In the practical part, we have established the place of antibiotic therapy in the internal medicine department at the level of the university hospital center of the wilaya of Sétif, which are the patients of the department, chosen protocols, the target population, the evolution therapy, and the results obtained.
