| dc.description | درسنا في ھذه الأطروحة البیولوجیا البكتیریة وتفاعل ھذا الكیان المجھري الذي نعرفھ تحت الاسم الشائع "البكتیریا" مع بیئتھا .. المباشرة: طریقة حیاتھا ، آلیة الدفاع ، التقدم الجیني ، الإمراضیة ، الفوعة في فصل آخر استعرضنا الأنواع المختلفة للعلاقة مع جسم الإنسان بالإضافة إلى الفیزیولوجیا المرضیة واستجابة الكائن الحي .لصراع البكتیریا المضیفة ... ثم قمنا بإدراج العائلات الرئیسیة للمضادات الحیویة وأطیاف نشاطھا وآلیة عمل كل جزيء من الناحیة العملیة ، أنشأنا مكان العلاج بالمضادات الحیویة في قسم الطب الباطني على مستوى المستشفى الجامعي بمركز ولایة .سطیف ، وھم مرضى القسم ، والبروتوكولات المختارة ، والسكان المستھدفون ، والعلاج التطوري والنتائج التي تم الحصول علیھا | |
| dc.description.abstract | In this thesis we have studied the bacterial biology and the interaction of this microscopic entity that we know under the common name "bacteria" with its direct environment: its way of life, defense mechanism, genetic progression, pathogenicity, virulence. .. In another chapter we have reviewed the different types of relationship with the human body as well as their pathophysiology, and the organism's response to a host-bacteria conflict. Then we listed the main families of antibiotics and their spectra of activity and the mechanism of action of each molecule... In the practical part, we have established the place of antibiotic therapy in the internal medicine department at the level of the university hospital center of the wilaya of Sétif, which are the patients of the department, chosen protocols, the target population, the evolution therapy, and the results obtained. | |
| dc.description.sponsorship | Dans le présent mémoire nous avons étudié la biologie bactérienne et l'interaction de cette entité microscopique qu'on connait sous la dénomination commune« bactérie» avec son environnement direct: son mode de vie, mécanisme de défense, progression génétique, pathogénicité, virulence... Dans un autre chapitre nous avons mis le point sur les differentes types de relation avec le corps humain ainsi que leur physiopathologie, et la réponse de l'organismes face a un conflit hôte-bactérie.. Ensuite nous avons énuméré les grandes familles d'antibiotiques et leurs spectres d'activités et le mécanisme d'action de chaque molécule... Dans la partie pratique, nous avons établi la place de l'antibiothérapie dans le service de médecine interne au niveau du centre hospitalo-universitaire de la wilaya de Sétif, quels sont les malades du service, protocoles choisis, la population cible, l'évolution de la thérapie, et les résultats obtenus. | |
