Habitat à haute qualité environnementale à Sétif (vallée Oued Bousselam )

Abstract

The habitat is the place of private activities of rest, recreation, work and family life, with their extension of public or community activities, social exchange and use of equipment and consumer goods and services, this definition of habitat is the most effective; it shows that the habitat is not only limited to the shelter stay or function but extends to encompass all activities for â ensure and satisfy the relationships of humans to their environment. The construction of our habitat in Algeria is dominated by market forces and short-term financial requirements (quantity, no quality) it is therefore necessary integrity of scientific progress in the area of the habitat HQE is a concrete example of the implementation of sustainable development in building industry. It is both an environmental challenge, a social demand and an economic issue. The analysis examples and analysis site we chose the site of OuedBousselam valley like a projection plane of the principles and targets of the HQE because it has good environmental quality which has been proposed a collective and semi collective housing group with amenities (nursery, school, leisure center).
