This study aims to address urban challenges in the Bel-Air district of Sétif through a thoughtful urban renewal strategy that respects the area's local dynamics. In response to spatial imbalances, isolation, and urban fragmentation, the proposed intervention focuses on connectivity, public spaces, and functional diversity. By prioritizing pedestrian-friendly mobility and inclusive development, this project presents an integrated and sustainable vision to enhance residents' quality of life and strengthen the neighborhood's cohesion
