Mise en valeur du patrimoine : la reconversion de la banque BADR de Sétif en Musée D’art Moderne Et Contemporain MAMS

Abstract

The city of setif is rich in heritage in all fields, especially in the architectural field, as it is considered one of the oldest cities in Algeria. In this work, we have transformed the Al-Badr Bank in into a museum of contemporary art. The priority of the work was to preserve the historical character of the building while adding modern touches and techniques to turn it into an attractive cultural space. While utilizing the interior spaces of the building to display contemporary art works while maintaining the historical features of the building. The goal is to enrich the cultural life of the city and attract visitors from all over Algeria.
