Abstract

Rheumatoid arthritis is a very heterogeneous disease because of its severity and the frequency of severe forms we have tried in this work to see the different hypotheses on its cause and the different complex processes that characterize this pathology, and its different clinical forms so we described the different diagnostic means, whether clinical radiological, biological as well as each of these means in its place to establish the positive and differential diagnosis as well as we have seen the different targeted therapeutic means that we currently have for this disease which is of the to a bad meeting of the genetic ground and a harmful environment.
