| dc.description | لتهاب المفاصل الروماتويدي هو مرض غير متجانس للغاية بسبب شدته و تواتر األشكال الحادة التي جربناها في هذا العمل لرؤية الفرضيات المختلفة حول سببها والعمليات المعقدة المختلفة التي تميز هذا المرض , وأشكاله السريرية المختلفة. لذلك نحن وصف وسائل التشخيص المختلفة ,سواء كانت إشعاعية سريرية و بيولوجية و كذلك كل هذه الوسائل في إمكانها لتحديد ا لتشخيص الوضعي و التفاضلي وكذلك رأينا الوسائل العالجية المستهدفة المختلفة التي لدينا حاليا لهذا المرض الذي هو من إلى اجتماع سيئ لألعراض الوراثية و البيئة الضارة | |
| dc.description.abstract | Rheumatoid arthritis is a very heterogeneous disease because of its severity and the frequency of severe forms we have tried in this work to see the different hypotheses on its cause and the different complex processes that characterize this pathology, and its different clinical forms so we described the different diagnostic means, whether clinical radiological, biological as well as each of these means in its place to establish the positive and differential diagnosis as well as we have seen the different targeted therapeutic means that we currently have for this disease which is of the to a bad meeting of the genetic ground and a harmful environment. | |
| dc.description.sponsorship | La polyarthrite rhumatoïde est une maladie très hétérogène du fait de sa sévérité et la fréquence des formes sévères nous avons essayé dans ce travail de voir les différentes hypothèses sur sa cause et les différentes processus complexes qui caractérisent cette pathologie, et ses différentes formes cliniques ainsi on a décrit les différents moyens diagnostique que ce soit clinique radiologique , biologique ainsi que chacun de ces moyens à sa place pour établir le diagnostique postif et differentiel ainsi qu’on a vu les différents moyens thérapeutiques ciblé dont on dispose actuellement de cette maladie qui est du à une mauvaise rencontre du terrain génétique et d’un environnement néfaste. | |
