| dc.description.abstract | يجدر بنا القول إن شبكة المواصلات بمختلف أنواعها تساهم بشكل واضح وفعّال في دفع عجلة التنمية بصفة عامة، وهو ما تؤكده العديد من الأمثلة الواقعية.،أما بالنسبة لمدينة عين ولمان، فإن موقعها المتميز وطبيعتها المنبسطة، إضافة إلى تموضعها عند مفترق طرق مهم، ولا سيما على محور الشمال–الجنوب، يجعلها ملائمة للتطور العمراني. وفي هذا السياق، تؤكد هذه المذكرة على جانبين أساسيين هما،شبكة الطرقات الداخلية ودور النقل الحضري في خدمة سكان المدينة، فضلاً عن مساهمتهما في تشجيع بعض السكان القاطنين خارجها على تغيير أماكن إقامتهم الأصلية والاستقرار بمدينة عين ولمان مستقبلاً،شبكة المواصلات الخارجية (البينية)، ومدى مساهمتها في تعزيز الحركية داخل المدينة وتشجيع مختلف الأنشطة المرتبطة بها. | |
