| dc.description | تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أثر تبني أنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسة (ERP) في تعزيز فعالية آلية حوكمة الشركات، وذلك من خلال رصد وتحليل طبيعة العلاقة التي تربط بين دمج هذا النظام الرقمي وممارسات الحوكمة. ولتحقيق هذا المسعى، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في إطار منهجي للموضوع، مدعوما بدراسة ميدانية استندت إلى أداة الى سببيان، حيث تم توزيعها على عينة من المؤسسات الاقتصادية الناشطة بولاية سطيف للوقوف على واقع تطبيق نظام ERP. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن نظام ERP يشكل ركيزة أساسية ودعامة فعالة في ترقية آليات حوكمة الشركات. وذلك من خلال تطوير بيئة الرقابة الداخلية، ترشيد ودعم عملية اتخاذ القرار. الارتقاء بمستويات الشفافية والإفصاح المالي والإداري، وكذلك رفع كفاءة إدارة المخاطر، مما يجعله أداة استراتيجية لإرساء قواعد حوكمة متينة ومستدامة | |
| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to highlight the impact of adopting Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems on enhancing the effectiveness of corporate governance mechanisms. This is achieved by examining and analysing integrating this digital system and corporate governance practices. To accomplish this objective, the descriptive-analytical approach was employed as the methodological framwork, supported by an empirical study that utilized a questionnaire The Questionnaire was distributed to a sample of economic enterprises operating in the wilaya of setif to assess the reality of ERP system tr implementation. The study concluded that the ERP system constitutes a fundamental pillal and an effective support in advancing corporate governance mechanisms. | dc.description.sponsorship | Cette étude vise à mettre en évidence l’impact de l’adoption des systèmes de planification des ressources de l’entreprise (Enterprise Resource Planning – ERP) sur le renforcement de l’efficacité des mécanismes de gouvernance d’entreprise. Cet objectif est atteint à travers l’examen et l’analyse de l’intégration de ce système numérique aux pratiques de gouvernance d’entreprise. Pour ce faire, l’étude s’est appuyée sur une approche descriptive et analytique, complétée par une étude empirique fondée sur un questionnaire. Celui-ci a été distribué à un échantillon d’entreprises économiques opérant dans la wilaya de Sétif afin d’évaluer l’état de mise en œuvre des systèmes ERP. Les résultats de l’étude montrent que le système ERP constitue un pilier fondamental et un levier efficace pour le renforcement des mécanismes de gouvernance d’entreprise. Ce rôle stratégique se manifeste par sa capacité à améliorer l’environnement de contrôle interne, à rationaliser et soutenir le processus de prise de décision, à renforcer les niveaux de transparence et de divulgation des informations administratives et financières, ainsi qu’à accroître l’efficacité de la gestion des risques. Ainsi, le système ERP apparaît comme un outil stratégique permettant d’établir des bases solides et durables de la gouvernance d’entreprise. | |
