Abstract
This research work focuses on the pharmacological valorization of the leaf juice of Carpobrotus
edulis, a succulent medicinal plant belonging to the Aizoaceae family. Phytochemical and
spectroscopic analyses highlighted a composition rich in bioactive secondary metabolites.
Regarding galenic formulation, three ointment topical forms based on this extract were
developed and characterized. The evaluation of their antimicrobial potential revealed a
satisfactory inhibitory activity against the tested bacterial and fungal strains. Furthermore, an
in silico molecular docking study of the two major active compounds, uvaol and oleanolic acid,
corroborated their therapeutic interest while confirming favorable pharmacokinetic (ADME)
profiles. These results open promising perspectives for the development of new natural topical
treatments

يرتكز هذا العمل البحثي على التثمين الصيدلاني للعصارة الورقية لنبات
وقد أثبتت التحاليل الفيتوكيميائية والطيفية غنى هذا النبات بالمستقلبات (Aizoaceae). ينتمي إلى فصيلة غسوليات الشكل
الثانوية ذات الفعالية الحيوية. من الجانب الصيدلاني، تم تحضير وتوصيف ثلاث تركيبات من المراهم الجلدية القائمة على
هذا المستخلص. وأظهر تقييم فعاليتها المضادة للميكروبات نشاطًا تثبيطيًا مرضيًا ضد السلالات البكتيرية والفطرية التي تم
(docking) عن طريق الإرساء الجزيئي (in silico) اختبارها. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، أكدت دراسة المحاكاة الحاسوبية
(ADME) للمركبين الرئيسيين، الأوفاول وحمض الأوليانوليك، إمكانياتهما العلاجية مع تأكيد خصائصهما الحركية الدوائية
الملائمة. تفتح هذه النتائج آفاقًا واعدة لتطوير علاجات موضعية طبيعية جديدة
