Identification automatique des panneaux routiers: application à la conduite automatique

Abstract

This thesis deals with the use of neural networks for automatic road sign recognition, essential for autonomous driving and road safety. I present the network architecture, learning techniques and training and evaluation methodology. The results demonstrate the effectiveness of neural networks and highlight the prospects for improvement, notably by extending the system to other signs and optimizing the parameters for practical integration.
