La reconversion et réhabilitation de Harat Kelkoul

Abstract

The historic city centre of Sétif offers a rich heritage of several civilizations, we find a type of building called the Harat identity of the colonial period, an example of community life that carries several memorial, cultural, social values.... now most harats are demolished or abandoned because they don't meet the current needs of the inhabitants. The aim of our work is to intervene on the Harat Kelkoul located in the city centre on the avenue 08 May 1945 and the Staoueli square for the revitalization and revitalisation of the sector. Our work will be crowned with a specific problem that includes proposals for the solution and preservation of this heritage.
