Vers un nouveau lieu de divertissement à Sétif : la rénovation de trois parcelles en salle multiplex

Abstract

The islet of Ain Droudj symbolizes the major challenges facing the historic center of Setif. At the heart of a changing area, it retains traces of colonial town planning and contains significant heritage elements such as the fountain and the chapel of Ain Droudj. Unfortunately, this space is currently dominated by structures in a state of disrepair, some having already been demolished The urban analysis of the site and the diagnosis of its state of affairs helped us to propose the necessary actions, which consist of safeguarding certain parts of the heritage. We will conclude by proposing an intervention and programming plan as an alternative solution to this problem
