Abstract
This thesis focuses on the study of the mechanical behavior of honeycomb cores with square and hexagonal patterns, manufactured using 3D printing and subjected to rapid compression tests. These innovative structures are crucial for various applications, particularly in aerospace and automotiveindustries.Themainobjectiveistoanalyzetheirresponseunderdynamicloadsandidentify the specific performances and limitations of each pattern.
