| dc.description | اعتمدت دراستنا على صياغة قرص قابل للتشتت في الفم مادته الفعالة سولبيريد مع تقييم تأثير بعض سواغاته ، ولا سيما المواد سريعة التفكك، على خصائصه التقنية الصيدلانية . استخدمنا في تركيبتنا نشاء كاربوكسيميثيل، كروس كارميلوز وكروسبروفيدون كعامل تفكك عن طريق تغيير نسبتهم في نفس الصيغة.في حالة وجود عوامل التفكك الثلاثة معا في الصيغة لاحظنا أن وقت تفكك القرص المقدر بأقل من 3دقائق تم احترامه دائ ًما، ولكن عند إزالة العوامل المفككة (كروس كارميلوز ونشاء الكربوكسيميثيل) والاحتفاظ بالكروسوفيدون في الصيغة، وجدنا تأثي ًرا كبي ًرا على وقت التفكك الذي يمتد إلى اكثر من ثلاث دقائق، من هنا نستنتج أن خاصية التشتت في الفم لا يمكن اكتسابها إلا إذا كان كروس كارميلوز او نشاء الكربوكسيميثيل موجود في الصيغة | |
| dc.description.abstract | Our study consisted on the formulation of an orodispersible tablet of sulpiride as well as the evaluation of the impact of certain excipients on the pharmaco-technical properties of the product, in particularly super disintegrants. We used carboxymethyl starch, crosscarmellose and crosprovidone as super-disintegrants in our formulation by adjusting their proportions in the same formula, We found that the time of disintegration of the tablet which is less than 3 minutes was always respected when using all three super-disintegrants in the same formula, However, when removing the disintegrating agents (crosscarmellose and carboxymethyl starch) and keeping the crospovidone in the formula we found a significant impact on the disintegration time that extends beyond the 3 minutes tolerated, this led us to conclude that the property of orodispersibility can only be acquired if crosscarmellose or carobxymethyl starch, which play the role of super disintegrators, are present in our formula. | |
| dc.description.sponsorship | Notre étude s’est portée sur la formulation d’un comprimé orodispersible à base de Sulpiride et l’évaluation de l’impact de certains excipients notamment les super-désintégrants sur les propriétés pharmaco-techniques du produit. Nous avons utilisé lecarboxymethyl amidon, la crosscarmellose et la crosprovidone comme agents de désintégration en variant leurs proportions dans la même formule. Nous avons constaté que la condition de désintégration du comprimé en moins de 3 minutes a été toujours respectée lorsque les trois agents de désintégration sont présents dans la formule, toutefois en enlevant les agents de désintégration (crosscarmellose et la carboxymethyl amidon) et en gardant que la crospovidone dans la formule nous avons constaté un impact considérable sur la vitesse de désintégration qui se prolonge au-delà des 3 minutes tolérées, ceci nous a amené à conclure que la propriété d’orodispersibilité ne peut pas être acquise que si la crosscarmellose ou bien le carobxymethyl amidon qui jouent le rôle de super-désintégrant sont présent dans notre formule. | |
