| dc.description | الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو تقييم النشاط المضاد لألكسدة والمضاد للتخثر للمستخلص المائي للجزء الهوائي لنبات •DPPH thapsus Verbascum.تم تقييم النشاط المضاد لألكسدة من خالل اختبارات كبح الجذور الحرة ، +•ABTS و واختبار بيروكسيد الهيدروجين (2O2H (، والقدرة االرجاعية. أظهرت النتائج المتحصل عليها أن مردود االستخالص كان %22,95و أن محتوى المستخلص من عديدات الفينول والفالفونويدات هو(72,93 ميكروغرام) مكافىء حمض الغاليك/ مغ مستخلص و (47,10ميكروغرام) مكافىء كرستين/مغ مستخلص،على التوالي. تبين من خالل تقييم النشاط المضاد للجذور •DPPH الحرة باستخدام +•ABTS و أن المستخلص لديه نشاط مضاد للجذور الحرة أقل من BHAو BHT بقيم ل50IC قدرت ب (35,39±2,23 ميكروغرام/ مل) و(9,73±0,46 ميكروغرام/ مل )، على التوالي . أظهر المستخلص في اختبار 2O2H، قيمة ل50ICقدرت ب( 2,85±53,65ميكروغرام/مل) أقل من الفيتامين C) 0,74± 36,49 ميكروغرام/مل)و مارس قدرة إرجاعية بقيمة 50EC قدرها( 0,93±36,44 ميكروغرام/مل)، أقل من تلك ل BHT) 1,33±14,55 ميكروغرام/مل(. أخيرا، تبين أن المستخلص اليملك أنشطة مضادة للتخثر و مضاد للتجلط. كخالصة، المستخلص المائي ل Verbascum نشاطً معتبرا مضادًا لألكسدة، يعود ربما لوجود عديدات الفينول مما يسمح باستغالل هذه النتائج في ميدان thapsusيملك ا الصناعات الغذائية والصيدالنية | |
| dc.description.abstract | The objective of this study is to evaluate the antioxidant and anticoagulant activities of the aqueous extract from the aerial part of the Verbascum thapsus. The antioxidant activity is determined by the DPPH• and ABTS•+ radical scavenging tests, the hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) test and the reducing power. The results obtained show that the extraction yield by decoction is 22,95% and that the content of the extract in polyphenols and flavonoids is 72,93 µg EAG/mg and 47,10 µg EQ/mg, respectively. The evaluation of anti-radical activity by DPPH• and ABTS•+ showed that the extract has an anti-radical activity lower than the standards BHT and BHA, with IC50 values of 35,39±2,23 µg/mL and 9,73±0,46 µg/mL, respectively. In the H2O2 neutralization test, the extract showed an effect lower than the standard with an IC50 of 53,65±2,85 µg/mL compared to vitamin C 36,49±0,74 µg/mL. The extract exhibited a reducing effect with an EC50 of 36,44±0,93 µg/mL, which is lower than BHT (14,55±1,33 µg/mL). Finally the extract had no effect in anticoagulant and antithrombotic activities tests. In conclusion, the aqueous extract of Verbascum thapsus possesses remarkable antioxidant activity, possibly due to the presence of phenolics compounds. | dc.description.sponsorship | L’objectif de cette étude est d’évaluer l’activité antioxydante, et anticoagulante de l’extrait aqueux de la partie aérienne de la plante Verbascum thapsus. L’activité antioxydante est déterminée par les tests de piégeage du radical DPPH• et ABTS•+, le test de peroxyde d’hydrogène (H2O2) et le pouvoir réducteur. Les résultats obtenus montrent que le rendement d’extraction par décoction est de 22,95 % et que la teneur de l’extrait en polyphénols et flavonoïdes est de 72,93 µg EAG/mg et 47,10 µg EQ/mg, respectivement. L’évaluation de l’activité anti radicalaire par les deux méthodes de piégeage des radicaux libre DPPH• et ABTS•+ a montré que l’extrait a une activité anti-radicalaire inférieur à celle des standards BHT et BHA avec les IC50 de 35,39±2,23 µg/mL et 9,73±0,46 µg/mL, respectivement. Dans le test de neutralisation du H2O2, l’extrait a présenté un effet inférieur à celui du standard avec un IC50 de 53,65±2,85 µg/mL contre 36,49±0,74 µg/mL pour la vitamine C. l’extrait a exercé un effet réducteur avec un EC50 de 36,44±0,93 µg/mL qui est inférieur à celui du BHT (14,55±1,33µg/mL). Finalement, l’extrait ne possède pas d’activités anticoagulante et antithrombotique. En conclusion, l’extrait aqueux de Verbascum thapsus possède une activité antioxydante remarquable, due peut être à la présence de composés phénoliques. De tels résultats peuvent être exploités dans l’industrie alimentaire et pharmaceutique. | |
