Abstract

Facing a lack of leisure facilities and an underdeveloped tourist offer, the city of Setif aims to enhance its appeal. This thesis proposes the design of a leisure and cultural center as a catalyst for urban and tourism development. The project includes a multifunctional space combining sports, cultural, and wellness activities, seamlessly integrated into the local urban fabric. Based on thorough contextual analysis and socio-spatial understanding, the proposal seeks to deliver an accessible, sustainable, and meaningful facility for both residents and visitors.
