Régénération urbaine en vue d’une centralité au niveau du site CFA à Sétif

Abstract

In a context of rapid urban change and fragmented public spaces, this project explores the possibility of creating a new urban centrality on the CFA site in Setif , as part of a broader urban regeneration strategy .Through an in-depth analysis of the area its potential, constraints, and urban role we have developed an integrated urban strategy based on spatial openness , functional and social diversity , preservation of existing natural elements , and better integration into the surrounding urban fabric .The goal is clear: to transform a previously isolated space into a vibrant, inclusive, and sustainable place that can help revitalize the entire northeastern part of the city.
