Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى بيان دور شبكة الطرق في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة بولاية سطيف بصفة عامة، والتنمية الاقتصادية بصفة خاصة، وقد تم الاعتماد على مقابلة تحليل المعطيات المتعلقة بشبكة الطرق في ولاية سطيف، بالجانب الميداني حيث تم إجراء مقابلة مع مدير مديرية الأشغال العمومية بسطيف، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها ،الحالة الجيدة للطرق البلدية في بلدية سطيف وعين ولمان سهلت حركة المرور والنقل للسلع والمسافرين على حد سواء، وشجع المستثمرين على الاستثمار في تلك المناطق مما يحقق التنمية المستدامة على جميع الأصعدة، وبخصوص في الجانب الاقتصادي،تأثر توزيع سكان ولاية سطيف بمؤشر الانعطاف ومدى اقتراب الطريق من الاستقامة، حيث نجد أن البلديات ذات التعداد السكاني العالي (بلدية سطيف، بلدية العلمة وبلدية عين ولمان) معظم طرقها تميل إلى أن تكون شبه مستقيمة، حيث أن مؤشر انعطافها لا يزيد عن 120%، وتعتبر هذه المناطق المحور الأساسي للاقتصاد المحلي للولاية وتساهم بشكل كبير في التنمية الاقتصادية.
Description
This study aimed to clarify the role of the road network in achieving sustainable development in Sétif Province in general, and economic development in particular. The study relied on the analysis of data related to the road network in Sétif Province, in addition to fieldwork that included an interview with the Director of the Public Works Directorate of Sétif. The study reached the following main findings,The good condition of the municipal roads in the municipalities of Sétif and Ain Oulmene has facilitated the movement of traffic, goods, and passengers, while also encouraging investors to invest in these areas, thereby contributing to sustainable development at all levels, particularly in the economic sector,The distribution of the population in Sétif Province is influenced by the road curvature index and the degree to which roads approach straightness. Municipalities with high population densities, such as Sétif, El Eulma, and Ain Oulmene, have road networks that are predominantly semi-straight, with a curvature index not exceeding 120%. These municipalities constitute the main axis of the province's local economy and make a significant contribution to its economic development
