Abstract

The global covid 19 pandemic has caused significant disruption to hospital sector operations. our study is carried out at the level of the central pharmacy CHU sétif, it is a retrospective study based on a questionnaire intended for the personnel of the care establishments to have the tests concerned with COVID-19 and the reagents used. From the results of the table which presents the inflows and outflows of reagents related to covid between 2019 and 2020, it was noticed that there was an increase in the outflows of: cardiac troponin, glucose, glucose revise, total bilirubin, CRP Spinreact, D-dimer, prothrombin, on the other hand a reduction in the output of the other reagents: calcium, creatinine JAFF2, glucose (hexokinase), SNAP PAK (ionogram), UREAL, COABS INTEGRA, STA fibrinogen 5, urea, TCK. So we conclude that the pandemic has a great impact on the availability of reagents due to the closure of borders (import), change in price or suppliers... so we have to be more careful and prepare other plans for good management in times of crisis (health emergency)
