Les Incisives Centrales Supérieure Retenues Démarche Diagnostique et Thérapeutique

Abstract

The objective of this thesis is the theoretical and practical study of impacted upper central incisors. This thesis comprises five parts. The first part begins with general information on dental eruption, including detailed definitions and a review of the embryology and histology of the upper central incisor. The eruption pathologies and the local and general etiologies of these dental impactions are then addressed. The third part details the diagnostic techniques for impacted and retained upper central incisors. The fourth and fifth parts conclude with treatment and therapeutic strategies. The practical study consists of the complete management of a clinical case requiring multidisciplinary collaboration, with the aim of gathering information and establishing an appropriate diagnosis and treatment plan.
