Abstract

Médical imaging plays an essential role in the diagnosis, monitoring and treatment of diseases. In this thesis, we start by defining biological tissues and their interactions with radiation, and we explore different medical imaging techniques, highlighting highlights the principle of each imaging technique and its optical equipment. Image processing also occupies a central place in modern medical imaging. We study image processing techniques used to improve the quality, accuracy and diagnostic accuracy of medical images. Finally, we focus on the importance of optics and image processing. It highlights the critical influence of changes in the parameters of the optical system on the quality of the final image. A comprehensive understanding of these aspects is essential to ensure optimal results in the field of medical imaging, which in turn can improve patient care and facilitate the work of healthcare professionals
