Abstract
يؤثر موقع مدينة عموشة بولاية سطيف تأثيرًا كبيرًا في خصائصها الطبيعية، مما ينعكس على النمو العمراني ومختلف الأنشطة الحضرية بالمدينة. كما تتأثر البنية العمرانية للمدينة بطبيعة التضاريس وشكل السطح لذلك، أُجريت دراسة تحليلية للجوانب الطبيعية والديموغرافية للمدينة بهدف تحديد أهم نقاط القوة والضعف فيها، ودُعِّمت هذه الدراسة باستبيان ميداني للتقرب أكثر من مصدر المشكلات وفهم أسبابها. وبناءً على نتائج الدراسة، تم اقتراح مجموعة من الحلول والسيناريوهات الحضرية في المجالات العمرانية والتجارية والسياحية، بما يتناسب مع الظروف الحالية للمدينة، بهدف تحقيق نتائج تنموية مُرضية.
Description
The geographical location of the city of Amoucha, in the Wilaya of Sétif, has a significant influence on its natural characteristics, which in turn affects urban growth and the various activities taking place within the city. The urban structure is also shaped by the topography and geomorphology of the area. To this end, an analytical study of the city's natural and demographic characteristics was conducted to identify its main strengths and weaknesses. The study was supported by a field survey using a questionnaire to gain a deeper understanding of the underlying causes of the identified issues. Based on the findings, a set of urban development solutions and planning scenarios was proposed in the fields of urban planning, commerce, and tourism, taking into account the city's current conditions in order to promote sustainable development and achieve satisfactory outcomes.
