Abstract
The growingdemand for filaments for 3D printers in all sectors of activity has sparkedinterest in the design and construction of filament extrusion machines for 3D printing.
This workpresents the design of a filament extrusion machine for 3D printing, equippedwith a cooling system and a filament winding system.
The machine design wasdonewith SolidWorks software, and to verify the parametersobtainedduringthisstudy, a numerical simulation of the plastic extrusion process wasperformedusing SolidWorks' Flow-Simulation.

أثار الطلب المتزايد على خيوط الطابعات ثلاثية الأبعاد في جميع الصناعات الاهتمام بتصميم وبناء آلات بثق الشعيرات للطباعة ثلاثية الأبعاد. يقدم هذا العمل تصميم آلة بثق الفتيل للطباعة ثلاثية الأبعاد، مزودة بنظام تبريد ونظام لف الخيوط. يتم تنفيذ تصميم الماكينة باستخدام برنامج سوليدوركس، وللتحقق من المعلمات التي تم الحصول عليها خلال هذه الدراسة، يتم إجراء محاكاة عددية لعملية بثق البلاستيك باستخدام SolidWorks Flow-Simulation
