Abstract

This study addressed the role of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in improving logistics services, using BiomegaPharm in El Eulma, Setif, as a case study. The study concluded that intelligent systems are a necessary tool for improving logistics services, based on two main variables: artificial intelligence as the independent variable, measured by the following dimensions: intelligent inventory management systems, intelligent tracking systems, intelligent transport planning systems, and decision support; and logistics services as the dependent variable, measured by: reliability and service quality, speed and efficiency of distribution, and cost reduction. To achieve the study's objective, a questionnaire was designed for the company's employees, and data was collected from a sample of 19 individuals. The data was then analyzed, the necessary statistics were performed, and the hypotheses were tested using IBM SPSS Statistics 27. Based on the results obtained, the study presented a set of suggestions and future prospects regarding the application of AI technologies within the company specifically and the logistics sector in general.
