أثر استراتيجية التنويع المترابط على الميزة التنافسية في ظل الابتكار التنظيمي

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the impact of the related diversifiation straegy on competitive advantage withn the context of organization innovation at the « High Plateaus Mills » (Mat-han El-Hidhap El-Ulya) institution in setif To achieve the study’s objectves and test its hypotheses a questionnaire consisting of 31 items was designed to collect primary data, the questionnaire was distributed to the administrative staf, technicians, and managers of the institution. The collected data wer analyzed and the hypotheses were tested using SPSS2022. Various statistical methodard were employed, including standard deviation, Pearson correltion coefficient, Cronbach’s alpha, simple linear regrssion, and multiple linear regression. The study concluded with several key findidings, most notably:  There is a statistically significant positive impact of the related diversificion strategy on competitive advantegy.  There is a statistically significant positive impact of the related diversificion strategy on organizational innovation.  There is a statistically significant positive impact of organizational innovation on competitive advantage.  There is a statistically significant positive impact of organizational innovation on the relationship between the relatde diversificatin strategy competitive advantages.
