Abstract

This study aims to highlight the impact of digitalization on job performance in educational institutions. The study relied on analyzing the relationship between the dimensions of digitalization, represented by equipment and tools, software, networks, data, and human resources, and job performance in educational institutions in the province of Setif. A questionnaire was used as the study instrument and was distributed to a sample of 64 teachers from three middle schools in Setif Province. The study reached several key findings, the most important of which are: • The level of digitalization in the institutions under study is moderate. • The level of job performance in the institutions under study is high. • There is a significant impact of digitalization, in all its dimensions, on job performance in the institutions under study.
