Abstract

In this work, we tried to cover the issue of the "ecological cohousing" like a set of themes This thematic remains unfortunately an utopian idea in our country and more particularly in Setif The interest of this work is to promote this way of living that allows households to form a group and to carry the project for better living together The group, under these conditions, needs a chart and a formula The chart is characterized by several dimensions The formula is a real estate company of attribution ( The RECA is dissolved when the construction of the project is completed It then gives way to the condominium This work is made in a teaching concern and primarily aims to encourage the "ecological cohousing" in Setif and why not in Algeria.
