Opération de reconversion d’un ilot au boulevard Zighoud Yousef Constantine

Abstract

The old city of Constantine is considered like a traditional city before the French existence, caractirized by its traditional architecture. But since the period of French existence, this city has known a lot of changes which touch the architectural traditional style and caused an hybrid style. This old town is one of the cities riche with traditional architecture which is exposed to the loss and dereliction , where a lot of buildings are suffering for a deterioration’s situation. We must do some urbain operations to preserve the architectural and historical identity of the old tow of Constantine.
