| dc.description.abstract | The work which we will present is devoted to examine the problem of the degradation of urban and architectural heritage in the old city of Constantine, and the need for its protection and backup, by a case study of this city, which is an illustrative example of the old degraded areas requiring intervention actions. Our choice fell on the traditional architecture by studying the sector of SIDI DJELISS in the old city of Constantine. Which is a good example of an historic site characterized by a rich but marginalized traditional heritage, And to achieve the objective of safeguarding the old fabric, and integrate new projects, we followed a methodology of approach of establishing reading about the history of the sector and its morphology, followed by studying its functional structure, studying its landscape and its socioeconomic practice. This study allows proposing many recommendations for the urban and architectural intervention that ensure the conservation of heritage and while preserving the identity of the area of intervention. | |
| dc.description.sponsorship | Le travail que nous avons entrain de présenter, est consacré d’examiner la problématique de la dégradation du patrimoine urbain et architectural dans la vielle ville de Constantine, et de la nécessité de sa protection et sa sauvegarde, par l'étude d'un cas de cette ville, qui est un exemple illustratif des quartiers anciens dégradés nécessitant des actions interventions. Notre choix s’est porté sur l’architecture traditionnelle en étudiant le secteur du SIDI DJELISS dans la vielle ville de Constantine. C’est un bon exemple d’un site historique caractérisé par un patrimoine traditionnel riche mais marginalisé. Et pour atteindre l’objectif de sauvegarde du tissu ancien et d'intégrer de nouveaux projets, nous avons suivi une méthodologie d’approche qui consiste à établir des lectures sur l’historique du secteur, ainsi que sa morphologie, suivie par l’étude de son structure fonctionnelle, l’étude de son paysage et sa pratique socioéconomique. Cette étude permettre la proposition des recommandations correspondant à l’intervention urbaine et architecturale qui assurer la conservation du patrimoine et alors la préservation de l’identité de l’aire d’intervention. | |
