Abstract
Asthma is a common chronic respiratory disease, managed with antiasthmatic
medications that act either by relaxing the bronchial muscles or by reducing
inflammation of the airways, with the aim of attenuating respiratory signs and
preventing their occurrence.
This thesis assesses the treatment adherence of patients on antiasthmatic therapy using
a questionnaire distributed among individuals from the general population. The
objective is to better understand the challenges faced by both patients and healthcare
professionals, and to propose strategies aimed at improving disease management and
treatment adherence.

الربو هو أحد أمراض الجهاز التنفسي المزمنة الشائعة والمزمنة، والذي يتم علاجه بمضادات الربو التي تعمل إما
عن طريق ارخاء عضلات الشعب الهوائية أو عن طريق تقليل التهاب مجرى الهواء، بهدف تخفيف الأعراض
ومنع حدوثها.تق ّي ّّم هذه الأطروحة مدى امتثال المرضى لمضادات الربو باستخدام استبيان مصمم للمرضى من
عامة الناس.
والهدف من ذلك هو اكتساب فهم أفضل للصعوبات التي يواجهها المرضى وأخصائيو الرعاية الصحية، واقتراح
مناهج مصممة لتحسين الإدارة والالتزام بالعلاج
