| dc.description.abstract | Asthma is a common chronic respiratory disease, managed with antiasthmatic medications that act either by relaxing the bronchial muscles or by reducing inflammation of the airways, with the aim of attenuating respiratory signs and preventing their occurrence. This thesis assesses the treatment adherence of patients on antiasthmatic therapy using a questionnaire distributed among individuals from the general population. The objective is to better understand the challenges faced by both patients and healthcare professionals, and to propose strategies aimed at improving disease management and treatment adherence. | |
| dc.description.sponsorship | L’asthme est une maladie respiratoire chronique fréquente, prise en charge par des antiasthmatiques agissant soit en détendant les muscles bronchiques, soit en minimisant l'inflammation des voies respiratoires dans le but d’atténuer les signes respiratoires et empêcher leur survenue. Ce mémoire évalue l'observance des patients sous antiasthmatiques à l'aide d'un questionnaire destiné à ces patients parmi le grand public. Elle vise à mieux comprendre les difficultés rencontrées par les patients et les professionnels de santé, et à proposer des approches destinées à améliorer la prise en charge et l’adhésion au traitement. | |
