the requalification of degraded area that occupies the northeastern part of the medina of Constantine, will last is a protected area that has a historical, cultural , spiritual and tourism , indeed our action plan is created in a purpose centrality in an area of transition, following the known station of the cable , so the strategy is done in three main areas , habitat , range and activities , the idea is to think the sector intervention in its entirety and reinstated him in the medina , first by creating direct relationship with the developed structure of the Medina, the second consider the self-habitats by rehabilitating existing homes or building new homes in end restructuring and reintegration of the cable car station , and urban wasteland through the integration of new employments
