| dc.description | إعادة التأه لٌ للمنطقة المتدهورة الت تحتل الجزء الشمال الشرق من المد نٌة قسنط نٌة ،هذه الأخ رٌة جزء لا تٌجزأ من منطقة المحم ةٌ الت لد هٌا تار خٌها و ثقافتها ، و بالفعل تم إنشاء خطة عمل الهدف منها خلق منطقة مركز ةٌ للانتقال من منطقة العبور ،و الت تعرف حد ثٌا م بحطة التلفر كٌ، لذلك وضعتاسترات جٌ ةٌ تتركز على ثلاثة مجالات رئ سٌ ةٌ ،المسارات،الم ا سكن والأنشطة ، والفكرة ه أن تخم نٌ القطاع التدخل ف مجملها و اعادةدمجه ف المد نٌة، أولا من خلال خلق علاقة مباشرة مع ا ب لن ةٌ اله كٌ ة ل للمد نٌة ، والثان اخذ بع نٌ الاعتبار السكان ،من خلال إعادة تأه لٌ المنازل القائمة أو بناء منازل جد دٌة، اخ رٌا إعادة اله كٌلة و إعادة الإدماج لمحطة التلفر كٌ ،و القفار الحضري من خلال دمج وظائف جد دٌة. | |
| dc.description.abstract | the requalification of degraded area that occupies the northeastern part of the medina of Constantine, will last is a protected area that has a historical, cultural , spiritual and tourism , indeed our action plan is created in a purpose centrality in an area of transition, following the known station of the cable , so the strategy is done in three main areas , habitat , range and activities , the idea is to think the sector intervention in its entirety and reinstated him in the medina , first by creating direct relationship with the developed structure of the Medina, the second consider the self-habitats by rehabilitating existing homes or building new homes in end restructuring and reintegration of the cable car station , and urban wasteland through the integration of new employments | |
| dc.description.sponsorship | la requalification du secteur dégradé qui occupe la partie Nord-Est du la médina de Constantine, ce dernier représente un secteur sauvegardé qui a un intérêt historique, culturel, spirituelle et touristique, en effet notre projet d’action est dans le but de créer une centralité dans une zone de la transition, qui à la suite connue par la station du téléphérique, donc la stratégie est fait sur trois axes principaux, l’habitat, les parcours et l’activités, l’idée c’est de penser du secteur d’intervention dans sa totalité et le réintégrer dans la médina, premièrement par la création des relation directe avec les point structurants de la médina, la deuxième prendre en considération les habitats soit par la réhabilitation des maisons existantes ou bien la construction des nouvelles habitations, enfin la restructuration et la réintégration de la station du téléphérique, et les friches urbaines par l’intégration des nouveaux emplois. | |
