| dc.description | تھدف دراستنا التي تتناول نوعا بریًا من الشفویات من جبال برج بوعریریج)، (BBA . ،TeucriumPoliumإلى تحدید تركیبھ الكیمیائي النباتي وأنشطتھ البیولوجیة المضادة للبكتیریا والمضادة للأكسدة بعد دراسة إثنوبوتانیة في ولایتي برج بوعریریج وسطیف. وقد كشفت ھذه الدراسة أن ھذه النبتة تُستخدم بشكل شائع في العلاج، خاصة لعلاج الاضطرابات الھضمیة، مع تفضیل استخدام أوراقھا في شكل مغلي. فیما یخص الكیمیاء النباتیة، تم استخراج الزیوت الأساسیة والمستخلصات المائیة والمثنولیة، وكذلك تحدید كمیاتھا باستخدام الجرعات اللونیة للفینولات الكلیة والفلافونویدات الكلیة بواسطة كاشف فولین- سیوكالتو وكلورید الألومنیوم على التوالي. أظھرت النتائج التي تم الحصول علیھا غنى ھذه النوعیة من النباتات بالمواد الثانویة الفعالة. ً أخیرا، تم دراسة النشاط البیولوجي للمستخلصات المحضرة من Teucrium poliumوقد أظھرت تقییمات النشاط المضاد للأكسدة باستخدام طریقة التقاط الجذور الحرة DPPHأن جمیع المستخلصات النباتیة المدروسة تمتلك خصائص مضادة للأكسدة بمستویات مختلفة. وتم تقدیر IC50بـ 59.87 میكروغرام/مل للمستخلص المثنولي، و 197.87میكروغرام/مل للمستخلص المائي. أما الزیت الأساسي ً فقد أظھر نشاطا ضعیفًا مقارنة بالأنواع الأخرى من Teucriumبقیمة بلغت 261.42میكروغرام/مل. تم تقییم التأثیر المضاد للبكتیریا، في المختبر، باستخدام طریقة الانتشار على آجار مولر ھینتون. ً وأظھرت النتائج أن الزیت الأساسي لھذه النبتة أظھر نشاط ً ا ممتازا ضد ،Staphylococcus aureus مقارنة بالمستخلصات الفینولیة | |
| dc.description.abstract | Our study on a wild labiatae from the BBA mountains, Teucrium polium., was undertaken to determine its phytochemical composition and its antibacterial and antioxidant biological activities following an ethnobotanical study in the provinces of Bordj Bou Arréridj and Sétif, which revealed that this plant is commonly used in therapy, especially for digestive disorders, with a preference for its foliage in decoction. For phytochemistry, the extraction of essential oils and aqueous and methanolic extracts, as well as their quantification by colorimetric determination of total polyphenols and total flavonoids using FolinCiocalteu reagent and aluminum chloride, respectively, were conducted. The results obtained show the richness of this species in secondary metabolites. Finally, the study of the biological activity of the prepared extracts of Teucrium polium. The evaluation of antioxidant activity by the DPPH free radical scavenging method showed that all the extracts of the studied plant exhibit antioxidant properties at different levels. The IC50 was estimated at 59.87µg/ml for the methanolic extract and 197.87µg/ml for the aqueous extract. The essential oil showed low activity compared to other Teucrium species with a value of 261.42µg/ml. The antibacterial effect was evaluated in vitro by the diffusion method on Mueller-Hinton agar. The results show that the essential oil of this plant exhibited excellent activity against Staphylococcus aureus, compared to that of the phenolic extracts. | |
| dc.description.sponsorship | Notre étude portant sur une labiée sauvage des monts de BBA, Teucrium polium. a été entreprise visant à cerner sa composition phytochimique et ses activités biologiques antibactérienne et antioxydante après une étude ethnobotanique dans les wilayas de Bordj Bou Arréridj et Sétif et qui a révélé que cette plante est couramment employée en thérapie, surtout pour les troubles digestifs, avec une préférence pour son feuillage en décoction. Pour la phytochimie, l’extraction des huiles essentielles et l’extrait aqueux et méthanolique , ainsi que la quantification de ces derniers par dosage colorimétrique des polyphénols totaux, des flavonoïdes totaux par le réactif du Folin-Ciocaleu et par le trichlorure d’aluminium respectivement. Les résultats obtenus montrent la richesse de cette espèce en métabolites secondaires. Finalement, l’étude de l’activité biologique des extraits préparés de Teucrium polium. L’évaluation de l’activité antioxydante par la méthode de piégeage du radical libre DPPH, a montré que tous les extraits de la plante étudiée, présentent des propriétés antioxydantes à différents niveaux. L’IC50 a été estimée à 59.87 µg/ml pour l’extrait méthanolique, 197.87 µg/ml pour l'extrait aqueux. L'huile essentielle présente une faible activité par rapport aux autres espèces de Teucrium avec une valeur de 261.42 µg/ml. L’effet antibactérien a été évalué, in vitro, par la méthode de diffusion sur gélose Mueller Hinton. Les résultats montrent que l’huile essentielle de cette plante a manifesté une excellente activité contre Staphylococcus aureus, à comparer avec celle des extraits phénoliques. | |
