Abstract

The research deals with the reconstruction of Gaza with vital projects, and the city of Khan Younis was chosen as a case study. The importance of the study stems from the importance of utilization and social cohesion. The study aims to investigate the ways and means of reconstruction, as Operation Al-Aqsa Flood had a great impact through which the Zionist occupation destroyed 70% of the infrastructure in the city of Khan Younis in the Gaza Strip with a focus on health facilities and providing a solution that integrates medical and humanitarian needs. The study calls for proposing a motor rehabilitation center for the physically disabled (for people with special needs) as a catalyst to promote a sustainable therapeutic environment that contributes to empowering individuals with motor disabilities and improving their quality of life.
